I just came back from a teaching stint in Singapore at Sync Cycle and now I am in Manila and I will be here for a while teaching throughout the summer, so for this whole run, I've partnered up with some of the best brands that celebrate strength, and the femininity to bring together a series of classes that celebrate what we can do with our bodies. I am SOOO excited to be back in this city! Happy to know that you all loved our little time together a few month's back. I am grateful for all those people who asked for my return back on the SG podium. So now for the whole month of April, I'll be based in Singapore to run indoor cycling classes as a guest instructor over at Sync Cycle! This one is for YOU!!!

Polecats Influx : Mighty Fit

This class took years in the making. I fell in love with calisthenics workouts in 2016, and have never stopped discovering ways to refine my movement. This year, I was finally ready to put together a program to share my love for the sport. Grateful for everyone who came my workshop! The energy in the room was absolutely AMAZING!

A Commuter Story

So, I commuted around Metro Manila to get around for a month. And I don’t mean Grab commute. I mean straight up train, public bus, jeep, uv express, pedicab, trike type commute.
