Perhaps the most difficult thing I've had to learn this season, apart from the choreography (which btw is no effing joke) is learning how to generate movement through flow instead of fire. Being immersed in a fitness culture that is so result oriented, it's so easy to forget to live in the moment. To listen. To know what it means to let music take you. Surprisingly, I do not wish for Stellar day to be over. Instead, my hope is that we truly get to live in that fleeting 17 minutes that we're on stage. To willingly choose to create something beautiful. To be present and to feel.
